First meeting for Hexcon 2026

Hello

First meeting in the Hexcon 2026 committee will be at my place (Sildråpeveien 26A) Sunday 8. March at 18:30. Everybody who think they may want to work with making Hexcon 2026 a good experience is encouraged to attend the meeting.

We will discuss:

1. Information about the place Hexon will be held.
2. Based on Hexcon 2025 (which was fun), how should Hexcon 2026 be? Should we make big changes or make it very similar?
3. How will the committee work?
4. Is there anyone willing to take main responsibility for some of the important jobs (accounting, social media, registration, ….)
5. Theme for the convention? (Last year’s theme was revolution.) We will probably not decide on a theme this meeting, but we can start discussing it.
6. Brainstorming: Large and small things to remember through the time we are working on Hexcon 2026.

Attending the meeting will not commit you to become a member of the Hexcon 2026 committee, so come if you are just curious. There will be some kind of cake.
